Here are some of my favorite finds (both on and off the web) from the past month...
Halo Top ice cream. It's now officially in Canada, and I legit could not be happier.
This article on celebrity power. This is an important conversation to have, and Andy Crouch has some important words to say on it.
Denny's on Twitter. Whoever runs their Twitter account should be given a serious raise.
My parents' interview with Brett Harris. Brett interviewed my parents for his and his dad's course, Raising Kids To Do Hard Things. But they released this interview publicly, and (in my unbiased opinion) it's fantastic.
K-pop. You may know that I love Korean pop music, and I got to write a whole article about it for the Lies Young Women Believe blog!
Burgers. This week is Halifax Burger Week, a joyous celebration where 125 restaurants in my city offer cheap or outrageous burgers. Currently, Redwood Grill's Maple Bacon Burger has my vote for the best.
1 Corinthians 15. A friend and I have been studying 1 Corinthians together for the past few months and finished it today. But over the past few weeks, we've been dissecting 1 Corinthians 15 and talking about the happy hope of resurrection.
Makeup. Girl talk here: I love makeup a lot, and this past month I got to visit an Ulta for the first time since I was a little kid (we don't have them in eastern Canada). I spent probably an hour there, wandering the aisles and stocking up on new concealer, cc cream, face masks, brow definer, and a lot more. And it was amazing.
Katie Emmerson on Instagram (@katielizg). She's the same age as me, and she is so cool. She just got married, and her Insta feed is beautiful and happy.
This song by Beautiful Eulogy. Go listen.
